Highly recommend
A clear, concise, and practical guide to surviving and attacking from bottom position, with an introduction to the clamp guard. The concepts on retention, recovery, creating offense, and transitioning into the clamp guard are easy to follow. If you want a focused instructional without unnecessary filler, this is the one.
I really enjoyed this video. It helped me a lot with getting into the clamp guard (also known as the vale tudo guard) from positions I had never seen before. I've spent time studying the vale tudo guard in the past, and while the clamp guard has some differences, the similarities made this instructional really click for me. What I liked most is that it doesn't just show you how to get to the positions, it also covers practical submissions and attacks from there. It feels like a complete system that you can actually take to the mats and use. One of my favorite things about this instructional is the format. It's short, clear, and gets right to the important details. There’s no fluff or spending hours watching just to find the techniques that matter. As someone who has watched countless hours of BJJ instructionals, it’s refreshing to find something that respects your time while still teaching so much valuable information. I highly recommend this instructional to anyone looking to improve their guard retention, recovery, and attacking options from the clamp/vale tudo guard. I’m looking forward to seeing more of the Fast Track series in the future. If they continue delivering this much information in such a focused format, I’ll definitely be picking them up!
