  Theirs a reason Katel Pravec is called the Silver Fox. The first time I saw the Fox was on the Tristan gym channel. I have love his tips and tricks ever since. Though Karl shares a wealth of information on his own YouTube channel there is a lot more detail in his paid instructional that you will not find there. If you are like me the Fox has been giving me a solid preview of what he has to for years. If you are wondering if it is worth picking up his instructionals , the answer is YES!

  Great tutorial to clean up your technique and to prevent escapes. The more technically sound you are, the better you perform against higher ranks. I have purchased other videos from Master Pravec and watched some of his pupils and they all are very sound in their techniques. He has a great style of instruction that works well with me.

• The Devil is in the details

  Professor Pravec has to be one of the most technical instructors yet. Brilliant instructional with amazing detail. Strangely enough what fascinates me is when professor Pravec is teaching, everything he does is so smooth and precise. His transitions are like silk and just reinforces the notion of technique first over everything. Great instructional to show how to keep attacking from various positions with minimal brute strength. This is just amazing! Buy it for sure!
