Whenever I feel stuck, this is what I refer back to. Things are explained in a super simple way, and moves aren't 10000 steps long. Great for all levels

Solid old school basics thats what Kurt Osiander brings on this instructional! One of my all time favoite instructors for sure ! Been using his move of the week for years to help my game ! And this is just as good :D

I think you should have done some BJJ or Judo before this purchase, but even if you didn't you are going to take advantage of most of the things Kurt is going to teach you simply investing more time. Highly recommended if you want to improve your game in the sportive modality 👍�

Kurt is a pillar in the community. he shared a lot of knowledge for free for years. I trained with him and he is as he appears, it's not a made up character. it's my small contribution to his cause. beside that, all the techniques he shows can easily applied... and they works.

Kurt Osiander takes you through a series of moves that at first seem highly effective, but unconnected to each other. The beauty is it introduces you to the guards and positions needed to perform the techniques (giving you a sampling of that style of game) and, by doing so, forces you to find the transitions in your own game to make the effective. It truly is basics you can add to your own game that you may not yet have,helping you build a solid foundation while introducing you to slightly more technical and advanced concepts like lasso, lasso-spider, etc.

OMG! LOL! Osiander is a battle scarred, old school, politically incorrect, toxic male. I feel pain just watching him move but he has so much charisma I can't stop. I love these instructionals and his uke Julio does a fine job. I wish Kurt the best and he hope recovers soon!

Whether you are new to jiu jitsu or a veteran, this instructional is simple and to the point. Kurt does a great job of explaining techniques without complicating things or boring you to death. I would recommend this instructional to anyone who would like some clear instruction on some solid jiu jitsu.

If you are contemplating buying this don’t wait any longer!! Kurt breaks down the basic moves quickly and is great at explaining the why behind the moves. I have purchased multiple instructional videos and this is the only one I was so compelled to write a review on. He will not bore you with commentary for time on end. He jumps right in and gets to teaching.

Kurt has a way of teaching that is really engaging to watch. He shares some great details and variation on techniques that I'd not come across before that I have since implemented when rolling. This set has something for everyone, new or experienced grappler.

This video I found helpful as a beginner in BJJ Kurt shows moves from his own personnel variations and methods , something worth looking at and when the video is on special , authentic martial arts is in some ways like a trade there’s more then one approach to move execution

KO is an extremely talented jiu jitsu player. The series has great fundamentals and great details. I use a lot of it. It’s a solid base to build a good fundamentals. I learned a lot from Kurt. It’s a great video for review and for new players.
