Excellent addition to your library of learning.
Good value
Excellent video series. I have a torn labrum in my right hip. This series helped me to train without further injury.
If you're like me. A person who has done a bit of wrestling and mostly contact sport throughout your life. This course is a must have! It will is easy for us to learn the wrestling style takedowns, and to get to side control and dominate from there. And i realized, in order to go further in Jiu-Jitsu you must understand the entire game. This would be my recommendation for you. It teaches you the basics of sweeps, back takes and submissions from closed guard. It helps you understand what to do when you are flat on your back.
Great concepts and details
Great instruction and value
Excellent fundamentals I should have learned! Organized well so it makes sense and easy to recall. Cam has an instructional that is great, obviously learned BJJ and how to teach through Prof. Tom!
Tom breaks down positions well. I have been able to use these techniques while under pressure if I follow his instructions.
