  This is a solid instructional if you're a wrestler who want's to transition to BJJ. If you don't have a wrestling base this video isn't going to be as much help. It will teach you a couple of nice things to learn like Turtle escapes and what to do in the rear body lock, but the section on passing is relatively thin (In contrast to other videos) and is mostly in reference to how to pass closed guard. The wrestling he does teach isn't much help to individuals without a wrestling base as they don't understand how to hand fight to get to the over-under position, and there's not much on how to play bottom, which is where most non wrestlers are going to end up. Basically, this video is 5/5 if you're a wrestler trying to transition to BJJ, but if you don't have a wrestling base I'd check out his Fundamentals of hand fighting instructional instead, as that will teach you how to wrestle and then just buy some other instructional that covers Top Position.

  Covers a series of positions. Not every control of position that you'll see when grappling in the clinch or rolling around on the ground, but the ones he does cover, he covers very well. Definitely will give you a solid foundation of knowledge on a series of major positions.

  This is a fantastic video. It is a complete system for grappling in the style of Chael Sonnen. It is fairly basic content in terms of submissions, but it is a complete system from most positions. It is intentionally a little light on attacks from the guard as it is a submission wrestling video and not bjj. I got my first several submissions at the gym that I had been at for months using Chael's system. I highly recomend it and it pairs perfectly with his wrestling fundamentals video. If you invest in both it will put you well on your way to being a great submission grappler.
