• Coach Chael is worth the money

  I haven't wrestled in years but since I decided to get into BJJ I thought I would get a video from a guy with a wrestling background. He definitely understands the nuances of position in regards to grappling. Those small coaching points make a massive difference in effectiveness.

• Great overall grappling gameplan

  Sonnen is a delight to watch/listen to in any context. However, in this series he sets you up with a mentality and gameplan for a top minded game and more grappling specific sequences as opposed to BJJ lineages. Coming from BJJ, this really opened my mindset and toolbox.
