Great dvd, by far one of the best in defending leg locks. I am much better at defending them after understanding the principles of defence. I would buy these dvd a second time if I had too !

It’s a great tutorial if you want to level up your heelhook defense…..since I bought it I’ve been more confident in my training session’s escaping from heel hook.

I bought this mostly for the backside 50/50 late escape. I haven't been able to find that anywhere else. It's much better than what I found searching the internet. The other escapes are very good as well.

I only wanted to learn the leglock game to properly defend against them. This instructional is perfect in that respect and I've felt a lot more confident working to escape leg entanglements as a result. Half the battle was understanding what position I was being put in, with the other half knowing the best D against it. Craig gives you both. Once that info is committed to memory I hope to be escaping so often that training partners stop trying them.
