Very pleased with the service provided. It was swift and made me feel secure
Video tutorials where he describes the exercises he performs in his routine and explanation of the diet used. The best document to download on routine and diet.
Excellent beginner body building program
This video makes me stronger than before I’ve workout this routine three times a week. My weight getting heavier. I like this video and I’ll try to train every single day, because i can see my body has been changed into good one thank you
Amazing video exercise are easy to approach and love it
The meals are simple and easy to make and the workouts are extremely high volume which has added to muscle endurance for tough rounds
Lots of good exercises.
I have been following this plan for 6 months and it has completely changed my body composition for the better. My mat performance has skyrocketed!
Very nice instructional.
Great Guide!
This was a great instructional, muscular endurance improved in all my rolls. Physical and aesthetic appearance are nice too. Wish I could post before and after pictures.
Gordon and Nathalia provide some great information on having the right mindset, supplements and stretches to improve.
nothing mind-blowing or cutting edge. Hard work = results, but if you're totally lost in what to do as a gym supplement to your training, you might get something out of it
What I found most interesting was: Their use of high reps and variation in tempo / grips / exercises. Also their approach to cutting weight slowly rather than cutting water weight makes a lot of sense (especially to an ex-wrestler!). The nutrition and supplements discussion was fairly straightforward, but the practical advice on meal prep is always a good reminder that you get better food for less $ by investing a bit of time. I’ve been weightlifting for decades, was a college wrestler, and was trained in olympic-style weightlifting by a national coach, but even with that background, I learned some useful things. Also it satisfies one’s curiosity to see behind the scenes what might be contributing to Gordon Ryan’s incredible success. Well worth the price to learn from two world class athletes.
It was good. I wanted more specifics on cutting and bulking. Enjoyed to food prep section.
It was worth the money it just needed more clarification on the explanations.
Good videos but lacking a bit in detail.
This is by no means a discredit to the work put in, but Gordon Ryan has been truthful in regards to his training a Body Builder style strength program. Sunny offers lots of insight, but if you come from the industry it is pretty much cut and dry. I did, enjoy the E-Book and felt there was value in the structure and programming. If you are looking for a Body Building Style program they’re a tons of those out there. If You are new to lifting weights, You will appreciate this a lot more. (If you have more than 3 plus years in the gym or with a strength coach, I would not consider this a good program) If you want to spend your money, look at Gordon’s instructional products. They are beyond amazing.
I expected much more. Lack of details (especially about nutrition), too expensive for this content.
Workouts and supplements are A1 but missing some info on what to eat when and why
Not very organized on a whole but interesting to see what approach he took.
Very detailed approach to how to bulk up the right way. A lot of information about how he eats and how he organizes his workouts. The video of him going the exercises is a nice bonus just in case you do the lifts differently
Didn’t have abs workout!! . But the workouts were pretty good . I enjoyed doing them .
Amazing and useful video. Learned I have to lift a lot of weights and eat a ton more food everyday.. Highly recommend this if you need to gain weight and power for your grappling game.
Nothing you can't Google, or applicable to grappling. For the price, this is a hard pass. Money better spent on his instructionals where he actually dedicates to his passion. This feels like a quick upsell with little valuable substance when compared to his other high quality videos.
