Waste of time and money if you already have a basic understanding of lifting. I cant justify the the price other than his brand name but it's definitely a money grab of little substance taking advantage of fans.
ireally enjoyed this one , specially if you wanna pack up some muscle.
Good mentality towards the goals. Love the idea of writing everything down to detail.
Went from 231lbs down to 177lbs, feels awesome to run around with my son and not feeling like I’m going to die.
Now I have cheese grater abs thank you 🙌
That's awesomely fantastic to be able to be invited in the daily life of an extreme athlete like Gordon Rayan and his personnal fitness coach (that is also a super star in her bodybuilding field). We see the logic, we see the process, we get encouragements and insights on how to manage weight. It was really a great experience and both of them are incredible. Though, I would say that I would have expected more advice on cutting, and a more elaborated frame on bulking, since this is the theme of the course. But anyway, there is so much interesting things that I cannot put less than 5 stars.
Much respect to Gordon Ryan but this was very superficial and had nothing to add unless you're someone who has never ever worked out or ever considered nutrition before. The workouts were ok but in some cases the camera angles were very poor and there was no explanation as to why, "why are we doing this particular move". The nutrition portion was worse. No information / details. What about the cutting portion? No information on how to cut weight in a healthy manner.
Simple beginner how to get a basic level of nutrients and exercises. Good value for the cost.
This is almost entirely devoid of substance. long videos rambling about various fitness related topics. No structure to speak of. Not even a program to follow. Only BJJ Fanatics I returned.
It's really impressive to see Gordon's dedication, not hard to see why he's so dominant. Hope he feels better soon, feel sorry for everyone else if he does.
Awesome product
If you have an understanding of nutrition and working out there isn’t a lot you will get from this. I didn’t like that his sponsors had a part in the series. It seemed more like a beginners guide. But I could see this helping someone just getting started.
Really enjoyed implementing the workout plan
To be honest, I was a little disappointed in the end of this course. I really like Gordon as a Grappler and his development in terms of strength are exceptional. In the course he shows all the excercises he does, gives a bunch of supplements and a mindset part. It is interesting but I miss a structured workout or more on the way he trains (how many reps etc).
It was very interesting to see Gordon's strength and stretching routines. I took notes and am trying to follow this routine. BUT, from an elite athlete with grappling abilities second to none, I expected the video to be more professional, starting with matching the right subtitle to the exercise demonstrated by Gordon (I think I counted more than 5 wrong subtitles like that). In addition, showing me how to put some canned tuna between 2 rice cakes can hardly be considered a "recipe" that I should pay for watching how it's made. Having said all that, Gordon is a super star, and very rightfully so, and I enjoyed learning from him in this video.
Simple body building exercises and methods you may already know for ages. Simple cooking recipes that you may already did yourself when you were 7. And that's it, the true value of this dvd set ! it can somehow reflects YOURSELF ! and it is absolutely motivational ! You can see how the life style of an elite athlete, probably best in the world at the moment, is so familiar to that life style of yours. What kind of exercises he does, you too also can absolutely do, what he eats is so similar to what you also eat everyday to fuel your athletic goals. Why dont you just push yourself a little bit more, so that one day you too also be able to reach to the top ? Many thanks to Gordon, Nathalia and also BJJFanatics for bankrupting my bank account with your overly valuable instructional dvds, cant stop buying from you guys !
The DVD demonstrates what it takes to put on muscle when you’re already burning though an immense amount of calories as a result of a strenuous training schedule. It also shows that you don’t need a complicated training regiment to put on muscle but a consistent and disciplined mindset. The nutrition advice is great because it’s also easy on the wallet and simple with an emphasis on meal prep. I highly recommend the DVD since it has a simple and direct approach. No matter what your training level, there’s good ideas here that we can all benefit from.
I bought this as an entertaining way to refresh myself on weight training from the the perspective of a BJJ athlete. It covers the basics, covers the form and it's practical. Easy enough to understand and implement.
Amazing
this tutorial shows a lot of interesting things to keep in mind in order to get stronger when looking for functional fitness. Full body workout. Also provide great input to expand your knowledge about integration.Honestly nutrition could be done better.
Learned a lot. Thanks Gordon and Nathalia for the great instructional.
The supplement curiosity explanation alone is worth the price of admission lol great instructional!
This is a great video with no bs and they get into great detail about a lot of things.
It’s full of great ideas backed by reason and logic and genuinly really works when applied correctly
Would like to see more tips to good nutrition and more ingredient the recipe
