Good instructional dvd for self
Good instructional dvd for self defense and law enforcement waiting for volume two good job sensei trillo.
A must have for any and all Law Enforcement Officer
Oh my god, this instructional is one of the best instructional DVD I've ever watched. I really enjoy how Professor Freddy Trillo goes into detail on explaining how important it is to be able to control a subject while on the ground. His easy to understand illustration on control techniques, clearly shows that he's a skilled police veteran that knows exactly how to deal with combative subjects. Also the way Professor Trillo teaches each technique will give any officer the confidence he or she needs in order to effectively deal with a subject without having to land a strike. I highly recommend this DVD instructional to any and all Law Enforcement Officers. I promise that you will not be disappointed.

In an era where police departments have banned neck and head restraints this instructional provides simple and effects control techniques for LEO'S. This is a quality video that was easy to follow and Freddy Trillo shares his real world experience in this training video, I learned a lot.

Really simple and very good controls. This is exactly what cops needs. Less focus on striking, and more emphasis on Jiujitsu control. This will be great for less injuries to cops and society.
