Excellent combination!
Guillotine Glossary Volume 1 and 2 by Josh Janis.
I really like the attention to detail, I have already caught several mistakes I make in setting a guillotine. With careful review of these 2 videos I firmly believe my guillotines are going to be much more successful on the mat. Great instruction, and I really like the changing of angles so you can see exactly where your hands, forearms and feet should be.
