  I definitely hadn't seen this style of headlock before. Even more interesting is how it completely shuts down your opponent and you can build an entire game around it. The course was great.

  Josh shows a simple concept of keeping the opponent's chin to his chest and then gives you many ideas on how to make this happen in a way that leads to the sweep or submission.
