  Seriously. His instructionals are the definition of value for money. I was looking for an instructional on frontal chokes because my club wrestles a lot and I wanted to improve my subs from these spots, and after watching just the first volume my game levelled up tremendously. • An encyclopedia of no gi chokes

  Everything I hoped it would be. All the no gi chokes you need shown from multiple positions and with lots of set ups and ways to defend each choke. Lots of troubleshooting and key details. Plus there is 40ish minutes of narrated rolls and a q&a at the end. Very informative.
