  Awesome DVD. The only BJJ instructional that I have watched from front to back in 9 years. The only downside is that I purchased the digital copy do to my frequent travel because of work. After purchasing I found out that I could only stream the material and I couldn’t download it for offline purposes. I emailed the company and was met with a negative response. Other than that this is by far the best instructional that I have ever owned. Within 3 weeks I’ve gone from identifying the position possibilities to catching the positions to finishing these submissions at least 2-3 times per roll.
