• nogi chokes

  Great specific instructional on nogi chokes (aside from near *****). Lachlan is one of my favorite instructors. I've already synched in some choked, thanks to this dvd. The instructional includes simpler chokes such as guillotine, as well as more complicated positions such as inverted north south.

  Lachlan Giles dos an excellent job of teaching an assortment of no gi chokes. The quaity of the video is very good. There is a good balance between talk and action. His explanations are concise but touch on the details necessary to explain the techniques. He also shows the techniques from various angles so that you get different perspectives.
