• One of the best half guard players ever

  Jake has been one of the best half guard players in the game for many years. He hits these exact techniques in competition, and he has them down to a science. His explanations are easy to follow and apply on the mat. This one is titled Volume 2, but it does start off with some very basic half guard positioning and concepts. I'd almost recommend starting with this one versus his other half guard video due to that reason. The other one has a big focus on deep half and then reverse half. This one is more about underhook attacks and knee twist positioning.
