Great course, it covers a lot of useful detail, including small points that really make a difference. I love the length, you don’t have to commit full days to get through it, and he packs a lot of value into a short amount of time..
When I was a younger I rode bulls in high school, college, and professionally. When it came to learning technique from the more experienced riders I pick a bullrider that was the same build as me, same height, etc.. I consistently watched and studied his form of riding, how he handle certain bulls into his hand and away from his hand. I take same the concept I used with my riding, and have tranfered it to my jui-jitsu. I love the breakdown of the techniques, the small details he brings to light in order to make the technique work. Its so cool, to see him handle bigger guys with just technique. Like me, against a bigger opponent my strength is useless. Highly recommend this series for all jui-jitsu practitioners.
Good
While it doesn't focus on a single kind of technique or concept, shows a lot of good techniques for dealing with heavier opponents. Nothing mind blowing though.
This is a really excellent concept based DVD. I'm a small guy, not particularly talented and I've been able to implement a good chunk of it in live rolling
Solid info, I've started implementing it in these positions and it's launched experienced guys.
Amazing
very well structured series, as only a champion could do
Interesting series on different aspects of the guard, transitions, sweeps and submissions seen from different angles.
