This is a very clear, easy to follow instructional with some great concepts. I may be being harsh giving only 4 stars, but I felt like I got less quantity of techniques for the price compared to other instructions. Overall very good though!!
Very clear detailed instructional on modern bjj guard passing.
A lot of details and variations !
Every so often, while engaged at new gyms, just putting people into leg locks freaks them out! It allows me to create dilemmas from the bottom to enter into this exact passing system. However, at my own 10th Planet gym, no one expects leg locks from the top position, we have adopted much of the DDS system and it creates a seriously dilemma for many of my training partners. They have not considered that passing is about splitting the groin and gaining inside foot control. Such a beautiful set of details in a simple and digestible way.
This instructional really helped me see the connection between leg locks and guard passing and how to make my opponents play a dilemma between the two. Many people will give up the guard pass in fear of submission, and on the other hand, easily be submitted from focusing too much on guard retention while leaving their legs unaccounted for!
A few moves helped my survival in class day one.
Great tutorial and techniques that we saw on the mats in ADCC.
Craig Jones is the man. Working any of the principles and techniques taught in this series will set anyone up for success. Greatly detailed and easy to understand.
Fabulous instructions! Helpful and Effective techniques!
Excellent instruction
Easy to follow and clear instructions
Great system
Simple but effective technique. Great for leveling up
Before watching this and Craig more generally my passing game was primarily wrestling and body lock based. The insights Craig goes over in this really changed my perspective on how passing could be much more dynamic and immediately threatening while also creating a dilemma between crushing pressure passes and fast leg submissions. Could not recommend enough!
Craig shows in his video tutorial how to string passes and leg locks together. Even if you are not good in both domains combining the techniques will make your passing a lot stronger and more unpredictable. The quality of the content is great as always.
Everything thing Craig shows is money in the bank. And everyone should know how to pass
The concepts that make these passes work so well are angles and weight distribution, which are the tools to collapse frames.
Good
Great quality
Really great stuff, and we'll explained.
Definitley a must have for anyone looking to modernize their no gi passing techniques.
this series slaps thanks again dad!
This appears to be very helpful information. Could use better camera angles and more clear audio - obviously a world class grappler has much to offer. Hate to lose something in translation.
Craig Jones shows here solid guard passes and leglocks. Right now not everything is up to date. But still a solid instructional. In my opinion the interface between both is coming a little bit short.
Great material. The concept is quickly layed out and can be viewed in one sitting. There's plenty of details but the compact viewing time allows you to go through the whole thing in one sitting and start applying techniques within a few sessions.
