Im a few years in BJJ now and for the first time my ankle locks really works in a way they never did. There were some really good details that i never heard before that instantly made me better. Not only how i perform the ankle lock - but how i use it in sparring - Quentin Leahy gives tips on adjusting that makes a lot of sense and really works. if you have a bit of understanding before seeing this its even better and deeper since you can relate to what you done in the past. Video is very step by step so easy to apply and explore. For me - Quentin Leahy really explains the difference between struggling and do it right. I never done ankle locks so easily and effortlessly and with so much torque and power. Thanks for a superb video.
