With this instructional, Bernardo provides a very basic and structured overview of fundamental techniques, along with useful information. It's exactly what one needs to know at the beginning. From the differences between the gi and no-gi game to the stripe belt system, as well as other helpful tips, It’s what I needed to complete my understanding of BJJ. I highly recommend it for beginners—it’s a true introduction that helps you learn what the BJJ game is and how everything around it works.

Great instructional
Just starting to dive into BJJ/grappling and this made me more confident that BJJ is the right sport for me.
Good introduction into some of the basics of BJJ.
This was a great primer course for someone considering getting into BJJ or someone who has just started (like myself). It goes over very simple and fundamental techniques as well as some tips and tricks for things to do and look out for off the mat. Definitely something I would recommend to newcomers.
This is everything that you need to know when beginning jj.
It's by one of the greatest and great for basics and beginers
This course will be interesting to anyone considering trying BJJ, and students who have just started. He does a phenomenal job answering questions you might not have even thought to ask!

I started training a couple of months ago and these videos helped a lot to understand how to train in bjj.
I purchased this video early on when I first started. It was an excellent introduction to the sport!
Introduction to BJJ made a definite difference is my mindset going to my first few weeks of class. I felt like I at least was oriented around why people were in one position or another and what the terms being used in class meant. That alone made class much more interesting and I felt like I was able to ask higher quality questions.
Nice overview for someone completely new. Not much in terms of techniques but something that answers a lot of those newbie questions.
Easy to understand and remember
Great starting point for absolute beginners.
