Great!
I watch most instructionals on 2.0x speed now. This one, I watched at 1.5x speed. It was crammed full of good information the whole 10 hours.

K. R. provides an instructional that is seeking for comparison. She is covering every range of distance. She builds everything around a major takedown technique sourrounded by follow ups if the main one does not work. Furthermore she connects all the diffetent kinds of takedowns. She also covers all common kinds of grips and grip breaks if needed. Also counter takedowns and reshots and arranging back clinches are covered deeply. She explains the techniques on the point without missing any key detail! Highly recommend!
Great instructional!
I bought this instructional to help my daughter with her takedowns as she struggles with the confidence to go for them. She really enjoyed going through this video, and Kendall is great at explaining things so that both myself and my daughter are getting it. Will definitely buy more of hers!

Theres a lot of densely packed information. Kendall doesn't waste any time and explains everything she's doing in an easy to understand way. Definitely better than the other takedown instructionals I've bought

Brilliant Takedown Tutorial
Best tutorial on takedowns I've seen yet, and I've seen a lot. The level of detail is amazing, especially considering how many different takedowns & variations she covers. She also addresses common reactions/counters from your opponent and the counters to their counters. Highly recommend and I hope she puts out more tutorials soon.
