Helps to reshape bjj to fit modern mma
A new approach to bjj! Love it!
Wow. What a great product. I have immediately started implementing a lot of what he shows in my game!
great
Another silver metal here. Craig is top notch and always looking to innovate and push our sport forward. I am a fan of every single instructional so far boss! I keep learning so much. Keep them coming!
this is the future
Great instructional that I've been able to implement into game right away.
Great concepts and instruction to expand the skills used in jiu jitsu
I like how Craig thinks outside the box to constantly improve his jiu jitsu and move the ball forward. He's right again on this subject, jiu jitsu guys need to work more on getting off their backs instead of going there as a default. You should have a great guard of course but it shouldn't be your go to strategy if you plan on ever being in a fight outside of an IBJJF tournament.
Nice concepts cool material for any grappler
One of my favorites.. Great instructional
This is a great set of ideas and techniques about rebuilding your base or clearing out to re-start the engagement. I'm very happy I bought this!
Nice work. Good use of wrestling
This was a great an interesting way of looking at the game. I think the importance of a good pin can often be overlooked. This video brings this idea to the forefront. In application some of the techniques gave problems to other belts much darker than mine.
Nice combination of turtle. frontheadlocks escapes and some wrestling pinning to prevent turtling.
Was very keen to get this one. Had a lot of content I wasn’t expecting. I’d probably rate this as one if my favourite instructionals.
This video is giving a lot of food for thought about changing your approach from the bottom up. Clearly explained, no fluff.
Great ideas to help me. Thank you.
Craig seems to be the only guy looking outside of the ruleset and asking why we do things certain ways and how we can do them better. Super interesting material, and the banter was also great
Definitely useful for MMA to get back to your feet, definitely worth the money.
Very entertaining, interesting technique and concepts that make for more effective escapes and pin / submissions control that can be instantly put to the test in live rolls a power packed addition to the arsenal for anyone
very good
This instructionel will frustrate your training partners so its a easy 5 stars for me
Once again Craig Jones challenging the foundations of Jiujitsu by their legitimacy and efficacy in modern grappling. The ideology of the pinning system throughout grappling arts such as wrestling and Jiujitsu, are compared in ways that question whether or not, we’ve been applying the right techniques required to actually pin someone and hold them down effectively. Craig reverse engineers the pin, and details how we can use, something as simple as the turtle to, “Just Stand Up” I’ve used it not only escape back take attempts from training partners of various sizes. But, how to actually use top half to my advantage, and pin larger and smaller grapplers alike. So, it’s really like a two for one.:male_sign: Buy the ****, and you will learn some cool, ****. #FuckCraigJones
In summary this video is an Australian man teaching 2 young guys how to wrestle which is either the tag line for a BJJ instructional or more illicit material. This is the first time I've seen an instructional teach you how to "do something" and then how to "defeat it" so thats pretty cool. The first third of the instruction is how to get to turtle and stand up from there. I kind of balked at how simple the philosophy and techniques are, but after a few weeks of experimenting i'm finding myself easily standing up against more advanced guys in the gym. The last 2/3rds of the instructional is Craig's ideas for stopping someone from standing up. Even if they're not trying to stand up you'll learn brutal ground control tactics that you'll never get from the fat sloppy instructor at your school. If I have one criticism its that Craig doesn't demonstrate enough its that he talks 2 Ukes through the techniques which is interesting at times, but I do want to see him perform the techniques. Ultimately I feel like this instructional bridges some gaps between power bottom and power rides and its another quality effort from #fuckcraigjones.
