• You need this!

  Everyone needs this instructional whether they be MMA, sport jiujitsu, wrestlers, etc.... It will shave off years of meaningless training.

  Craig is an amazing teacher. I have his pinning instructional also. I do tend to get stuck on the bottom and I agree with him saying modern jiu jitsu teaches you how to stay pinned.
