Craig Jones gives everything you need. Excellent instruction especially if your an old wrestler. Craig is integrating all grappling and this instructional is definitely worth it!

These tactics have improved my guard retention, forcing the top player to engage or I simply get up. This gives me the ability to increase pressure from the guard and force the fight on the opponent. Great stuff
