• The most detailed K-Guard instructional

  Not only is this the most detailed and technical K-Guard instructional around but it's also in the Gi which is not common these days. Even though it's in the Gi you can see Mikey use the same sequences and techniques in all his no-gi matches.

  Professor M. MUSUMECI did another scientific study on how to upgrade and simplify techniques and transitions. He broke down the K-Guard and and the Matrix and shows howcthis connects to collar and sleeve and DLR. Highly recommend!

  Mikey is excellent at explaining how to get the K Guard working in detail. However for me there was too much repetition in this instructional which made it a little bit boring tbh. What would have been nice if there had been more explanations of applications you can do from K Guard.
