• How to **** a Coyote

  Trying to pass an opponent who is an expert at the coyote half guard is a real nightmare. Luckily Lucas is the master of masters in this domain and helps you with his secrets to deconstruct the half guard. Rather than using the knee cut pass he préfères to pass the coyote guard from his knees. I have never seen his style of passing and I already had great success with it at the gym.
