  Old-School Half Guard That Still Works Lucas Leite’s The Expanded Coyote Half Guard System Gi is a great addition to the original Coyote Half Guard system and adds more options, reactions, and details to an already proven game. It may take some drilling to really get the timing down, but for an older grappler like me, I’ll happily take leverage, underhooks, and technique over trying to move like I’m 25 again.

  Everything is really well explained. Explanations are maybe a bit repetitive at times but the techniques are really good. He likes to keep things simple, and his techniques are simple, yet very effective. That's the way I like it too.
