• I was struggling in knee shield, this helped A LOT!

  Great instructional with tons of content and realistic techniques that will improve your game. I really like Andre's teaching style. He doesn't just go step by step with the technique but explains why he does what he does and what options he prefers. Most of the positioning and passing he emphasizes pressure and smashing. I'm pretty small 155 lbs and this has definitely helped my passing and top game pressure. I also have his side control instructional which is great. Planning on getting his other instructionals eventually.

  This instructional has helped my half guard passing immensely. Andre does a deep dive in addressing one simple problem in BJJ. How do you get past one of the most frustrating frames in the sport. The solutions he provides are systematic and efficient. This is one of my favorite instructional on half guard. Worth every penny.

• Best Andre Galvao DVD and Best Killing Knee Shield DVD our there

  I already own a couple of his DVDs. I will say this is his best DVD by far. You will after this DVD, **** the knee shield so many different ways. Each volume is around 1 hour if not more. Trust me after this dvd you will have no trouble with knee shield. I don't see anyone else making a dvd about beating knee shield as this one.
