Kimura can be used to control opponents and attack from many different positions and transition to many submissions. This is such a complete system and so versatile that learning this alone would make you dangerous to most opponents. Highly recommend. This is a game changer.

Danaher's starts out with the basic building blocks of attacking the kimura. It's systematic and thorough. It's been my favorite instructional on kimuras so far, and I've watched nearly every kimura course on BJJ Fanatics. All praises being said, there are alternative perspectives from other instructors that you should study. For example, Danaher explains that he prefers pull style kimuras because they're stronger, and yet other practitioners prefer push style ones (Sakuraba style) because they feel they have more control over the shoulder. Danaher advocates stepping over the head to finish kimuras from side control, yet at least one other kimura specialist says stepping over the head isn't necessary. It's a deep topic and so far I'm not convinced that anyone has all the answers. But this series by Danaher is still the best, in my opinion.

I love danahers DVDs! sure he is a little long winded and philosophical, but the meat of the lessons are so worth it. there are such tiny tips and tricks that will change how you do Kimura and follow them up forever!

changed how I see Kimuras forever. Danaher's instructionals never fail to deliver. idk if I can recommend this one over any other one because they're all great but this is just a video text book for the kimura situation.

Great instructional with essential details
Since getting this instructional, I’ve studied and learned critical details to finish kimura’s. It cut down on my time experimenting with bad form and helps me by providing answers whenever I cannot get a finish. I have way more leverage on my attacks and am starting to land these on more skilled people. I definitely recommend this instructional.
