  I'm building my game around Adams style. This instructional is great to add to your bottom half arsenal. The video ties in well with the rest of his bottom half instructional. His videos are the right length to teach you technique without going on and on.

• completely changed my game

  This video really made me much more dangerous from half guard. I had watched another video that got me started on the giggler sweep and I was able to catch a lot of people, but this is more powerful than the other video series. I still use what I learned in this video but I have moved on to other techniques I am trying to apply from half guard. But really I became more dangerous once I learned this. It's well organized, it's possible to study it systematically. I really like Wardzinski's teaching style also.
