  I always wanted to get better with the John Wayne sweep a.k.a. Knee Lever but there were not many to be found in instructional. Thanks to our first European to win worlds at Blackbelt, this is finally available and as all Instructionals from Adam Wardzinksi really straight to the point. I like his way of explaining with the right amount of details and concepts and good to implement step by step into my game. Highly recommended

• What I've been waiting for!

  Amazing instructional on my new favorite sweep. I've seen this sweep used to great effect in high level competition but I never understood the mechanics behind it. This series is loaded with details that make the sweep work and different scenarios from which to apply it. Highly recommend.
