  Prof Ryan show possible situations of engagement and easy alternatives to deal around the opponents very easy and everyone can do it ,you don't need to be expert in martial arts or grappling to be able to apply those ! I recommend to anyone and especially law enforcement people!

  This is a great instructional. I’m not even a cop, but I used the information taught here to subdue random people in the street who I feel have wronged me. Whether it’s an offensive glance that lasts too long or if they slap my girls ***, I cuff em, then I stuff em. Works 80% of the time every time.
