  Lot of twist and tricks on classic submission in the first instalments. The second is the real deal, with an innovative system for the gi. Good choice.

• HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BEST INSTRUCTIONALS I'VE EVER SEEN

  Ryan's instructional has leveled up my game profoundly. I've seen these concepts described in detail by the highest level instructors and teachers, like Gordon and Danaher, but there is something special about the way Ryan teaches that makes some of the most cutting edge ideas in Jiu jitsu extremely user friendly. I recommend anyone pick this one up regardless of skill level. If you think Danaher and Gordon is a bit complicated (the instructionals are very long) this video is very useful because it acts like a compendium of MANY of their post important ideas that they often speak about in a single volume. Everything found here is reliable, practical, simple, and worthy of continuous practice to make your jiu jitsu reflective of the best in the game. Going to be one I return to often throughout the years.
