Tons of relevant techniques that covers multiple scenarios
Great instructional . Everything is really well explained. Explanations are maybe a bit repetitive at times but the techniques are really good. He likes to keep things simple, and his techniques are simple, yet very effective. That's the way I like it too.
Great old school techniques
The instructional is very straightforward. Lo shows his favourite techniques which were fundamental to the sport of bjj. Most of it still surprises your opponents.
Leandro the 🐐
Great legacy left by Leandro Lo
Very backstep heavy, but lots of variations. There where so many techneques... Very good seminars!
I think it's the best guard pass in the world. Instructions to learn that technique!

This as a more advanced instructional on not only passing but sweeps as well. It's very indepth and covers a lot of the more modern gi guards.
Leandro Lo shares his most successful combinations for attacking from bottom and top and how to chain them. Simple and easy to understand! Highly recommend!!
Leandro Lo did a great job of teaching his approach and the techniques and combinations to sweep or take the back or submit. He referrs to matches were he hits them thar you durectly have a real application. Highly recommend!
One of the best to step onto the mat. #RIP #LoEterno #JusticaPorLeandroLo
good technique
I proudly own the physical copy of this instructional… I consumed ot trough the years.
What can I say about this genius, he was so good at passing from standing and he found some amazing methods of doing it. I wasn't sure about Lo for sometime because I felt he was a points fighter, but in reality he did whatever it took to win under the ruleset he was given. Some of his techniques like his "bar room double leg" are actually really useful for anyone to investigate, but this DVD is fantastic. Lo isn't doing anything a somewhat able bodied person can't, and his passing was refined against some amazing guards like the Miyao brothers. He truly was a great competitor and if you are a student of the game, his passing is a must to delve into.
We can learn champion’ know-how.
Just the right amount of detail and repetition of the move. I would say it doesn't suit an absolute beginner to BJJ.
One of the things I really enjoy about BJJ is those moments when you go "now why didn't I think of that..." This series has/had many of these moments for me.
