Precise passing and dynamic sweeps for modern Jiu-Jitsu
The DVD is realitely short, but it covers the topics Leandro Lo is known for - dynamic passing and sweeping. I like how he just shows the technique and does not talk a whole lot. This DVD may not be suited for beginners who need explanations on guards like X-Guard, Lasso and Spider Guard and how to play these positions. Instead I think of it more as a quick and easy guide to passing modern guards and some sweeps from Leandro's unique guard style.
