Amazing. While everyone is rushing to get danaher or giles leg lock instructionals this little gem is just sitting there with a ton of info. Worth every penny. Prolly the best one I've gotten so far

I’m pleased with this set because it gives clear explanation of techniques with some anecdotal experience. The audio and video quality are good.

Good for a different look
I got this instructional specifically because I'm looking to use ankle locks in the gi, and to some extent in competition. Dean Lister's leg attacks is great for that specific purpose, and will give you some ideas on how to improve your detail. Video quality is decent, organization is a bit haphazard. Overall I think it's priced appropriately and well worth it if you get it on sale.
