  Don't get me wrong, I enjoy my lower body deep dives with Jones and Danaher but Lister's presentation is always incredibly concise. A ton of simplified gems in here. Dean makes the material look "simple" but this an OG warrior sharing timeless battle-tested techniques that make sense for all levels and holds up in the new era. Thank you Dean!

  Dean Lister provides conventional and unconventional details that imcrease the percentage of escaping the given submissions massivly. He is one of the leg lock pioniers in the game and so one of the best defenders and escaping artists. Highly recommend!

• Highly effective leg lock defence

  Highly recommended to learn about effective defence of and escapes from leg attacks. In addition, one section deals with some highly practical concepts for defence against guillotine chokes, side control pins, arm-locks and double-wrist locks. I could already test many of the concepts and techniques in sparring and so far, they work 100% of the time.
