  Great instructional by Dean Lister. Everything he shows is really applicable with no uneccessary steps in the techniques. Tried the techniques out with some friends and training partners and works great. Dean deserves credit for being realistic about that some submission escapes do not always get you out of a bad spot (they may pass your guard, take your back etc.), but at least you are safe from getting tapped (or broken). All around great stuff. Thank you Dean!

  I did not enjoy this video. 80% of this is leg escapes and the little bit of regular escapes seems like he just thought of an escape off the top of his head for the video. I will not be buying any thing else from this instructor. The instruction just seems sloppy.
