This instructional is so good! Lachlan breaks every detail down of entering into 50/50. I love all the variations and the way he slowly brings all the concepts together. The narrated rolls at the end are a huge bonus too. Highly recomended.. especially for old guys like myself.

AMAZING STUFF!
this instructional is great for anyone who loves the leg lock game and really wants to step it up to a whole new level! I've been playing 50/50 since I was a white belt but never to this extent. I'm beyond happy with all the info and techniques within this instructional and how easy it is to follow and apply.
