leglock anthology: 50/50
that's not an instructional. it's a serious PhD lvl brainstorming seminar. you need to understand the way to study it cause its like a lower body service manual. you can understand from the first moment the lvl of effort to make it easy and complex together. I would recommend it for purple belt and above and for everyone that wants a wide view of lower body/footlock mechanics

Despite being heavily focused on the 50/50 and outside sankaku positions this instructional is a real gem for those who just start to learn leg locks. Only the first part with introduction in the different leg locking positions, heel hook breaking mechanics and main counters is well worth the money.

Incredible Series
Lachlan Giles might be the most underrated teacher on this platform. He gives tremendous detail in all of his instructionals. This helps clarify how to advance in the 50/50 position and gain a dominant position/finish. Previously I would just panic and try to race for an ankle, but this makes me more confident of how to stay out of danger and gain an advantage on my opponent.

This was a third anthology that I got from Lachlan. Just like his half guard and the guard passing one, this instructional is very comprehensive and will answer almost every question on the position that you may encounter. As somebody new to 50/50 and K guards, this instructional is very helpful. in addition to learning new dimension of leg attacks, this course is helpful in learning the defensive aspect of this game as well.

Structured by naming the pisitions very clearly and going through when to tap followed by giving a toolkit how to learn most efficient before he is going into concepts and techniques. The technique series is mainly focused on heel hooks. Shown straight and very detailed

The way Lachlan breaks down leg entanglements is one of a kind. His background makes it even better. Absolutely amazing quality and one of my favorites.
