Helpfull
I found my self in the lockdown position by accident all of the time. I figured why not study it a little since I always get stuck there. It's been helpful so far. I study 10 minutes at a time at home, take notes and then drill on a training *****.

Worth Checking Out
This is really well-made and incredibly helpful for someone with no prior knowledge of the lockdown position. The instructor does a great job breaking things down step by step, making it easy to follow along. The video covers a ton of sweeps and submissions, showing just how effective the lockdown can be when used correctly. The instructor has a slightly feminine way of speaking and explaining things, which gives the teaching style a unique feel. It might stand out to some but at least the details very clear. Definitely worth checking out if you want to expand your game.

I can't recommend this more. Ever since I started implementing this into my game it has completely changed how I play Jiu-Jitsu! Cam is a fantastic teacher and the level of technique is absolutely incredible!
lock down stuff
this guy has a really good mind for coaching, you can tell. a lot less esoteric and more straight to the point than most instructors, Never had to rewind more than once, and was able to start putting these techniques into effect the same day while rolling

This is one of the best organized instructionals I've seen recently. Clear and concise, showing techniques that I've never been exposed to before.
Small or old man's game
Great addition to a smaller man or an older man's game. Slows down athletic and younger opponents. Cameron is also very articulate. Look forward to other instructionals from this young man.
