Valuable tool for your half guard
Cameron is a great teacher and the lockdown is an amazing technique. Make sure to check this instructional out.
Great if you’re looking to get in to lockdown
I’ve been experimenting on lockdowns lately and wanted to expand my knowledge on the position. This instructional has definitely been informative. However, the only thing I would say is that, I wish Cameron would have spent more time on the fine small details (which was ultimately what I was really looking for). It felt more like a crash course to learning the lockdown than anything. That being said, there were still some good info on here that definitely helped me with my lockdown game. This would be great for someone who’s just getting in the lockdown or has never played it before.

This is a well organized and fun instructional. A must for dealing with powerful opponents. Excellent explanations.
Clear Instruction for all Levels
Cameron has a great way of communicating key aspects of technique without getting in to the weeds. The lockdown is something I have been meaning to implement in my half guard game and I'm very excited to utilize these techniques immediately.
