I found this really helpful for the basics of stand up.
Really useful and easy Takedowns!
Safe throws that do not expose the back.
Needs better audio quality from a mic lavalier or boom stik
Good job. Could use better audio equipment to negate echo, and give clearer audio

Picked this up because my takedowns **** and wrestling doesn't seem to click for me. Been working on it and I feel much more confident standing in Jiu Jitsu.
