Good
Shintaro Higashi is truly amazing. As we continue refining our Advanced curriculum at Next Level Jiu-Jitsu, we’ve been incorporating many of his lessons, especially as most of our classes begin with judo throw sequences within our system. I’m deeply grateful for the knowledge he shares, and I hope to visit his school one day.
I.m using this methods in training programe.
great instructional Technical Easy to follow and apply Top
Judo base is not often a steong side from bjj players, making that sweep easy to pass
Great details
great
This is low-key one of the best videos about Judo for BJJ. Before I watched this I used to try and fail at Tomoe-Nage on a regular basis. Now I hit it on a regular basis. This is golden for anyone training BJJ, especially in a gi. Why pull guard when you can pull off this throw?
Very nicely developed and explained in a clear and pleasent way. A must have from green to black belt. Highly recomended.
This is such a useful resource, from a master in his field! A step by step guide to become super proficient in the stand up game!
