Very nice subs that are easily learned and wonderfully explained by Nicolas. I was using a couple of these subs successfully on day one after watching this instructional! A nice addition to any Submission library.

Renier gives info on subs from the Lura Livre point of view. Different and very well explained.

quite useless in gi (everything is slower), but amazing in no gi. luta livre is great.
Nice alternative perspectives on No Gi!
With it’s roots in Catch Wrestling it is nice to see an alternative view on No Gi grappling. The techniques demonstrated are clear and concise. Highly recommended for those wanting to improve their No Gi. Also a mush for Catch Wrestling/Luta Livre enthusiasts!

I'm a brown belt in both BJJ and Luta Livre this DVD is awesome especially if you're looking to become a headhunter. Alot of secret details to get the chokes which you will not find anywhere else! I've studied alot of guillotines, darce and anacondas but this DVD is something special and probably has more detail than some of the bigger names. Thanks for the great DVD Nicolas!
