• Not as comprehensive as I was hoping

  This provides some good instruction of the basics from a no-gi perspective. The Luta Livre approach to some of these common positions is different than what you commonly see in BJJ. But for a 1 year program it didn't cover nearly as much as I had hoped. Many other common positions are never addressed. Still this provides some unique insights and will help improve your no-gi game
