A lot of bang for the buck. Ten finger method for acquiring underhook to various passing methods. Very detailed.
Great!
Excellent insight and an amazing resource!
Cannot ask anything more from the John Danaher
Interesting details. Another add to the game. Enjoyed the summary to review the material.
This is by far the best way to control your opponent.
I started using it regularly, it's very efficient with very good details
And you better listen! Outstanding as usual!
Wonderful detail
Very clear and knowledgeable advice. Nothing less but greatness from danaher
I’m committed to getting into all the nuances of jujitsu and Danaher is one the best at providing amazing details. This creates such and eye opening understanding of how a simple control position can be used in so many ways.
👍
Very good video and the moves are simple. Cleared some things up for me regarding how to pin the near side arm.
I love this instructional
Great! This is the first instructional I've ever purchased. I would recommend this to a more advanced player looking to improve side control. I took away probably 20% of the content here and was able to apply it on the mats immediately seeing more subs from the position. Ready to get watch again to see what I will add next.
Great video series breaking down the side crucifix.
Another great instructional.
The teaching is great. Laid back . I find his instructionals easily to take in nothing is rushed much is explained
a lot of good techniques!!
It’s very good.
Excellent system from JD as usual
John is so good at detail in explaining principles and techniques to form the basis of jiu-jitsu learning
Showed me alot I didn't even know about. I am not a competitor or everyday practioner like others or the a team b team so on. But I feel i have a few tricks to my sleave now.
Great Product
To me, more interesting than the submissions from the crucifix were the various ways in which I can immobilize my opponent’s arms from side control. Great and many ways to get farside underhook and nearside pin using the shin.
