posture break triangles are great starting positions.
I'm only through the first part and Karel Pravec is a great instructor. I love his concepts and explanations.
great instructional, extremely detailed!
Great triangle techniques and explanations - Karel’s teaching is helpful and clear. Highly recommended for athletes who enjoy hunting for triangles!
what a legend... helped me understand where I was missing pressure and lock ups
Excellent triangle video. Detailed and informative as with all his videos.
This instructional is amazing. It has something for everyone and every level. From the classic triangle, to tons of variations, it will add to your triangle game. Thanks Fox for the great stuff!
The Silver Fox shows you there are more sides to a triangle than three. I tend to select videos with older instructors because you get a lot of conceptual golden nuggets that they drop here and there in the content. Reinforces the solid foundational concepts compared to mimic this move in this situation.
I've had the pleasure of learning these online through the dvds and applied them in person with the Silver Fox. These techniques have vastly improved my triangle game and I would highly recommend them!
Great technique shown!
No arm triangle is good technic for me.
I finished watching all four volumes of this instructional in two sittings. The material is easy to digest and is shown in a systematic format building on the previous topic. The key point of this instructional (the way I understood it) is not just how to submit your opponent using one of the various triangles but also using the figure four triangle position as a form of control from the front, underneath, on top and off of transitions. Secondarily, the idea of using four or five follow up submissions in the event the triangle successfully controls but fails to submit (the opponent). After watching this series, one should have a much better understanding of how to use the triangle to change to an offensive cycle from pretty much any position. Just this morning I hit an inverted triangle from top north south thanks to the ideas and concepts offered in this instructional. Karl Pravec is as much an excellent teacher as he is a practitioner. Highly recommended! Craig Cordi: Average Joe Jiu-Jitsu Podcast
Great stuff. Really helped my game
Good stuff
Another awesome instructional from Silver Fox and Enrique. Really well explained with some unusual setups and finishes. As someone who usually struggles with triangles I've found the concepts in this instructional very helpful and have already started to see some success during sparring. Thank you!
Great Material
Silver Fox s a great teacher. He doesn’t only teach the techniques but also explain the concept why we doing that. The triangle dvds r another amazing work from him. The instructional shows how to counter common defence e.g. stack. Also, explain triangles not only submissions but also a control e.g. head n arm breaking their posture... Great dvds! The way he explains is very interesting n fun to watch too.
Perfect explanation of triangle mecanics, but more important, how to follow up and how to set up the "other" triangles. Pure gold, like the other two dvds about guillotines and armbars. Thanx a lot Professor Fox and Enrique.
As always the Fox ‘s instruction is simply complex, and applicable, fun to watch and functionally detailed. I highly recommend this and any other instruction by Karel Pravec ( the Silver Fox). John G.
