Silver Fox has to be the most underrated Guillotine ......
This instructional is great Silver Fox is great and approachable on social media and always willing to answer questions about his instructional which is a added bonus! I say this again he is the most underrated Guillotine, maybe because he's not a active competitor.

This is a great video with a ton of details that will definitely improve your guillotines! Silver Fox provides ways to attack various guillotines from different setups and positions and breaks down the small details that will make them effective. Once you watch this you’re going to want to practice guillotines for the next few weeks!

I’m a 46 year old brown belt that have been inconsistently practicing for 14 years. It is only this past year of bjj training that I developed a learning plan and have been more consistent in training. Part of my learning plan was finding out the most common or highest percentage submissions in both Mma and grappling, and, guillotines were on the top list. I initially learned about professor silverfox from watching firas zahabi’s YouTube video where Firas indicated professor silverfox’s notoriety of being a guillotine savage. What really caught my attention was his move called “the iron fist” , which pretty much counters the vonflu choke. I pretty much brought the instructional immediately and it’l have helped my game immediately and immensely. The instructional is direct to the point and emphasized on the important details on how to make it effective (which I was totally doing all wrong). This instructional complements the Danaher instructional I got as it’s a different guillotine approach and focus (I feel that the fox guillotine is my first option then will move to the Danaher guillotines if the fox fails). Thanks again professor silverfox for this series. P.s: I posted on professor silverfox’s fb page to ask if the iron fist is included in his instructional? I got a reply and even an invitation to his live online question and answer YouTube show (how cool is that 😎).

Pravec makes it look so easy but make no mistake these techniques have been battle tested on high level people! In this instructional you will learn more than guillotines. You will learn the entries and follow up attacks if your opponent defends well. In addition to that, I appreciate his willingness to answer questions via social media. He always takes the time to answer in detail and genuinely cares about helping me improve my game. It never ceases to amaze me that a nobody like me can get such personalized help from a teacher of teachers like Pravec.

Got this because I've really enjoyed the material the Silver Fox has put out on youtube on the Tristar Gym channel and on his own (his anti-viral series kept me sane in the early COVID days). Great details and very comprehensive in terms of planning for the common reactions your opponent may give you. If you have something like the John Danaher Front Headlock ETS instructional I would say that this complements it very well as it provides a unique perspective on the guillotine/front headlock game.

Great instructional ! I have trained and learned from Silver Fox on a few occasions but had difficulty making notes for future reference. His 2 DVD's are awesome. I can now recall some details he has covered that are solid. After a Private session and few seminars with Karl, I was bale to hit some effective submissions in BJJ competitions soon after. This guillotine DVD is incredible because it covers high percentage concepts that work against a resisting opponent. No matter what level you are, you will learn some important details. Some guys are great at grappling and then you have guys that can make you better. Silver Fox will make you very good. A hidden gem. Thanks :)

There are some good tips to be found here, but don't expect a full system. Karel Pravec shows his preferred ways of finishing his legendary guillotine. You will learn some good tips and ways to be offensive, whether or now you are the attacker or the one being attacked.

I've been waiting for this DVD to come out for a while now and it doesn't disappoint. Karel "Silver Fox" Pravec gives so many great details on the guillotine that there is no way you won't be able to successfully add it to your game immediately. Highly recommend buying this video.
