One of the best
One of the best videos out there. Lasso is very sneaky and hard to pass. Marcos is true wizard in lasso and he shows lasso from every situation. Great sweeps and finishes.

If you're a smaller guy like me, it'll be an excellent skillset to utilize against bigger guys. I've been able to hit some of the sweeps on larger opponents while shutting down other moves by the grips. The explanations are great while building a good foundation off the initial sweep. He goes into further details based off other situations and counters. I've watched this instructional the most out of all the ones I've bought so far!

I've used this instructional to drill with upper belts and to teach my white belt girlfriend at home. Marcos's teaching is clear and straightforward and he demystifies techniques that can seem complex. Because of this instructional, lasso has become a foundation of my gi game.

I've been working the lasso for sometime to help control the pace with the younger I train with (I'm 42). This video breaks down the basics of the lasso, as well as the more complex sweeps, submissions and retention really well. It includes alot of submissions I've never even seen. I highly recommend the video.

I've been studying this for several weeks now and have been really having fun with the lasso guard. I usually try not to add gi dependent techniques to my game because, so far, I like having the same game for gi and no-gi, but this stuff is just plain fun to use. I'm now consistently hitting sweeps on more experienced and bigger training partners, and not just the basic techniques, but the counter techniques are so easy, and happen so frequently, I've been super successful with those as well. If you're looking for something to play with and add to your game that's immediately effective, or you just want something that's fun to use when rolling, this is the perfect instructional.
